When it comes to who will be caring for your child, you have a choice. We understand that. Kids First Pediatrics strives to provide the very best collaborative care and a high level of convenience while delivering very clear communication with every family we care for. We treat children like children, not like small adults. This means, we respect them as individuals who are entitled to specialized care.
If at any time you feel that we are not delivering on this promise, please contact Dr. Robinson immediately and we will take every step possible to making you 100% satisfied with our service. We look forward to seeing you!

Dr. Robinson and his team are available to serve all of your child's health care needs, from regular check-ups to specialist consultations. Because Kids First is part of the growing Southern Tennessee Regional Health System, we have the resources, the access, and the relationships to care for your child's physical and emotional well being from birth through adolescence.
To make an appointment, call (931) 363-4543.
Write down any questions you may have prior to your visit. When it comes to your child's health, there are no bad questions. We want you to feel comfortable asking us about your child's condition and our care plan. If you have questions, please ask!
As an active partner in your health care, you play a very important role. Bring a list of the medicines your child is taking, including names and the doses. For complex health needs, consider creating a medical history binder and include evaluations from other physicians.
It's helpful to have an extra set of hands and ears when hearing new medical information, so if possible, you are welcome to bring another adult with you to the appointment. If we can help you in any way, please let us know.
Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the check-in process.
Bring a favorite book, your iPad and perhaps a favorite toy, to help make the time go by more quickly.
If you have to wait for your doctor because of an unexpected emergency or on a very busy day, remember that you will receive the same immediate care if you're in a similar situation.
Ask questions while meeting with your doctor. Also, remember to ask for any instructions from the doctor or letters of medical necessities that you may need.
As soon as you're done meeting with Dr. Robinson and his nurse, take a few moments to write down some notes about what just happened during the visit; also write down any other questions you have and important phone numbers to call, such as the clinic's nursing line, prescription refill line and appointment line. When possible, make your follow-up appointment before you leave and write down new appointment dates.
