What is an Otolaryngologist?

One of the oldest medical specialties in the United State, Otolaryngologists are physicians trained in the medical and surgical management and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT), and related structures fo the head and neck.  They are commonly referred to as ENT physicians.

Joel Link, MD

Dr. Link received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and medical degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine.  He completed his general surgery residency at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and his otolaryngology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.  He specializes in the treatment of the ear, nose, and throat issues.  They include but are not limited to ear infections, vertigo, tonsil and adenoid problems, sinus problems, thyroid issues, sore throat, hoarseness, swallowing difficulty, and more.
