Notice About Cigna Healthcare

Southern Tennessee Medical Group and Cigna Healthcare Reach New Agreement

Following months of negotiations, we are pleased to share our medical group and affiliated practices and providers have reached a new agreement with Cigna Healthcare.

With this agreement, our hospital, medical group and employed providers will again be in network with Cigna commercial plans effective February 15, 2026. We remain out of network until that time.

We believe that our patients and community members deserve access to high quality care close to home, and we are glad this new agreement allows us to continue providing services for Cigna’s beneficiaries and advancing our mission of making communities healthier.
