Dr. Gilbert received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and his Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson as well. He completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in neurology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Dr. Gilbert is Fellowship trained in stroke and clinical neurophysiology. He has the talent, the skill set and the experience to make an immediate positive impact on the local medical community.
Anne Porcher is an excellent family healthcare provider. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015 after graduating from the prestigious nursing program at Belmont University in Nashville. Prior to nursing school, Anne Porcher graduated from our local university, The University of the South: Sewanee.
She has the following certifications, including: Basic Life Support, Acute Care Life Support, Essentials of Critical Care Nursing and Basic Critical Care, Anne Porcher has the experience and the training to handle just about any health issue. Anne Porcher is also a registered medical examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Administration (DOT Certified Medical Examiner). Her passion for family healthcare and her deep roots in our community make Anne Porcher an incredible asset to our small and growing city.
Dr. Capps received his medical degree for the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO and completed his residency from the University of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill, NC. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, and the Tennessee Medical Association.
